  Nachshonit  
 
Nachshonit is a spreadable cream cheese developed by
 
 
"Nachshon Tzon" and there is no other similar sheep cheese
 
 
in Israel.
 
 
 
  Yerushalmit  
 
Yerushalmit is a Camembert style cheese with a realtively
 
 
long ripening period and is considered a "gormet cheese".
 
 
There are a few Camembert type cheeses in the Israeli
 
 
market made from cow's, goats and sheeps milk.
 
 
 
  Tzfatit  
 
The original Tzfatit cheese (from the Hamairi dairy in Tzfat)
 
 
is a local sheep cheese unique to Israel. Tzfatit cheese is
 
 
produced today from all types of milk. Nachshon Tzon's
 
 
cheese has a uniquely delicate and melting flavor.
 
 
 
  Jibni  
 
Jibni is a local Arab cheese, which is mainly consumed by
 
 
the Arab population and can't be found in the retail chains.
 
 
Nachshon's Jibni is moer delicate in flavor than the original.
 
 
 
  Sheapards Chesse  
 
A unique cheese made using Swiss technology. The cheese
 
 
has been modified for the Israeli market, giving it a unique
 
 
flavor. Apart from some imported cheese's, there is no
 
 
product of its kind on the market.
 
 
 
  Ma-Tom  
 
This is a semi-hard cheese in the Saint Tom style. It has a
 
 
realatively long shelf life.
