We
produce Assaf sheep for milk and meat purposes. We also have
a herd of Marino for meat The Assaf herd has 1000 head of adult
ewes and they produce approx. 2500 lambs per year. In addition
they produce 40,000 liters of milk per year. Our herd is regarded
as one of the most advanced in Israel as far as production and
agricultural technology is concerned.
